The Faragas Villa is situated in the Southern part of Paros in the Faragas area.
Property of land is 4150sq. meters, surrounded by about 60,000sq meters of bush-land which by Greek law can’t be built, thus offering you the privacy of 64,000sqm.
As one can see from Google Earth Faragas is full of bushland areas which also can’t be built making Faragas, along with the owners that own villas in the area, the most exclusive area of Paros.
...and 150m away of the quaint Faragas sandy beach.
The ground floor consists of the entrance hall, living area, fully equipped open plan kitchen and storage area strategically located so to connect the outdoor with the inner dinning room area, a VERY spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom, one double bedroom en suite and two twin bedrooms en suite.
Two independent guesthouses at the garden level of the villa with sea view: Both with a double bedroom en suite bathroom a kitchenette and a living room, one being all in one area and the other having the bedroom separated from the living room.

The living room has spacious windows all leading to the front terrace with it’s infinity pool (6 x 13m) overlooking Faragas bay and Faragas beach. The sun sets into Antiparos giving beautiful colors each afternoon which you can see from our terrace enjoying your drinks.
It is equipped with a wide screen plasma television, DVD, stereo/radio/cd player/i-pod connection with speakers inside and outside for the terraces and i-pod connection.
Fully equipped Miele kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, double door refrigerator/freezer and a storage room with a freezer washer and dryer.

The two master bedrooms also have plasma television.
The two guesthouses are at the lower level of the villa and completely independent from the rest of the villa.
One guesthouse is a single open area, where as the other is separated in two rooms; one being the bedroom and the other a living room with two couches on which two toddlers could sleep.
Both guesthouses have their own bathroom, and are equipped with a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, are air conditioned and have stereo, video, TV.
